The BinTac T9 “Transformer” is famous for its compact design and tactical versatility. However, not every shooting environment or jurisdiction allows for high-power airguns. The BinTac T9 .35 16 Joule Edition brings you the exact same rugged chassis, precision barrel, and folding mechanism as the full-power beast, but with a regulated output designed to meet 16 Joule (approx. 12 ft/lbs) legal limits.

Tactical Design, Backyard Friendly

This configuration allows enthusiasts to own and operate the T9 platform in areas with strict energy laws. It is also an ideal setup for short-range backyard plinking, where safety and noise reduction are paramount. Despite the lower energy, the rifle retains its aggressive look and solid handling characteristics.

Ballistics Warning: At 16 Joules, a heavy .35 caliber pellet moves at a low velocity. This results in a “rainbow” trajectory intended for short-range use (15-25 meters).
Cycling: Due to the low pressure required for 16J, the semi-auto blowback function may not cycle automatically. This version is often operated as a manual straight-pull bolt action unless specifically tuned with ultra-light springs.
